Terms and Conditions – 3Patti Land

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using the 3patti land platform — whether through the website or the mobile app — you are confirming that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. This agreement comes into effect from the moment you first access the platform, regardless of whether you have completed registration.

These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and any additional rules published on specific game sections or promotion pages. Where there is a conflict between a specific game rule and these general terms, the specific rule will take precedence for that game only. In all other respects, these Terms and Conditions take priority.

3patti land reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

02 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use 3patti land, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 3patti land is strictly an adult platform. We do not permit users under 18 to register, deposit or participate in any gaming activity.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
• You must not already have an active account on 3patti land. Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances forfeited.
• You must not be excluded from gaming platforms, whether by your own request or by a decision of 3patti land.

3patti land may request identity verification documents at any point, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of a routine review. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

03 Account Responsibilities

Your 3patti land account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — secure and confidential. You must not share your account details with anyone else or allow another person to access your account.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by someone else or that your credentials have been compromised, you must contact our support team immediately. 3patti land cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs due to your failure to keep your login details secure.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place through your account, including all bets placed, games played, deposits made and withdrawals requested. You must ensure that all information held on your account remains accurate and up to date. If your contact details or payment information changes, please update your account promptly.

• Do not use your account for any purpose other than personal entertainment.
• Do not use automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Do not allow any third party to access or operate your account on your behalf.
• Keep your email address and phone number active and accessible for account communications.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 3patti land are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and select mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time.

Deposits are credited to your account promptly following confirmation from the payment provider. For JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions, this is typically immediate. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed in accordance with our standard procedures. Identity verification may be required before any withdrawal is approved. Once approved, the time taken for funds to reach your account depends on the payment method selected:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Typically processed within minutes to a few hours
• Raast: Usually same day or next business day
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days depending on your bank

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply. These are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may be updated from time to time. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

3patti land reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds deposited. This is a standard measure to maintain the integrity of our payment processes. Failure to provide requested documentation may delay or prevent withdrawal processing.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

3patti land offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free ticket events, reload bonuses and VIP rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the Promotions page and must be read before opting in.

The following general principles apply to all bonuses and promotions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have registered a single account and completed any required verification steps.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and real money funds may be kept separate in your account wallet. In most cases, real money is wagered first. Please check the specific promotion terms for details.
• Bonuses are intended for personal use only. Any indication of bonus abuse, collusion or multi-accounting will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may lead to account closure.
• 3patti land reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to disqualify players from promotions if there is evidence of manipulation or abuse.
• Promotions scheduled around PSL matchdays, T20 events or Pakistan national holidays are subject to change based on the event calendar.

06 Gaming Rules

All games available on 3patti land — including Casino slots, Live Casino tables, Sports Betting markets, Fish Games and Bingo rooms — are governed by the specific rules of each game in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

For Sports Betting, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are accepted up to the point that the relevant market is suspended or closed. Bets placed after a result is known — whether due to a technical fault or any other reason — will be void.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Sports section.
• Cricket betting, including PSL and T20 markets, follows standard cricket betting rules. Live in-play markets may be suspended during stoppages in play.
• Odds are subject to change up until the point that a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per bet and may vary by market. These are displayed at the point of bet placement.

For Casino games, each game's help section contains the specific rules, return-to-player (RTP) information and paytable. For Bingo, room-specific rules including ticket prices, prize structures and jackpot conditions are displayed within each room before you purchase tickets. For Fish Games, the rules and multiplier structures are shown within the game interface.

3patti land uses certified random number generation for all relevant games. Results are determined at random and cannot be influenced by the platform or any player. If you believe a game result is incorrect, contact support with the relevant game round ID as soon as possible.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3patti land. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure with forfeiture of funds:

• Creating more than one account per person
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or verification
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in any gaming category
• Using the platform for any money laundering or financial crime purpose
• Placing bets on the outcome of events where you have inside knowledge that is not publicly available
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or offensive behaviour towards support staff or other players
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that you are not authorised to use

3patti land actively monitors accounts for unusual patterns of activity. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, the platform reserves the right to suspend an account, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and report relevant activity to appropriate authorities where required.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the 3patti land platform — including the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software and underlying technology — is the property of 3patti land or its licensed content providers. This content is protected and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or used for any commercial purpose without prior written permission.

The 3patti land name, logo and brand identity are proprietary. You may not use them in any manner that implies affiliation with or endorsement by 3patti land without explicit written consent. This includes use on social media, in marketing materials or in any other public-facing context.

Game content provided by third-party software developers remains the property of those developers and is made available to players under licence. Your right to use game content is limited to your personal entertainment use of the platform. You have no ownership rights over any game, game result or in-game item.

09 Limitation of Liability

3patti land provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to ensure consistent availability and quality, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults or circumstances outside our control may occasionally cause downtime or service disruption.

To the fullest extent permitted, 3patti land's liability to any player is limited to the actual PKR balance held in that player's account at the time of any dispute. 3patti land is not liable for indirect losses, loss of winnings due to technical issues beyond our control, or losses arising from a player's decision to gamble.

• We are not responsible for losses caused by a player's failure to read and understand the applicable game rules before playing.
• We are not liable for delays in payment processing caused by a player's bank or payment provider.
• We are not responsible for any device, connectivity or software issues on the player's side that affect game performance.
• In the event of a manifest error — including an incorrectly displayed price or odds — 3patti land reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for any matter where limitation of liability is not permitted by applicable law.

10 Responsible Gaming

3patti land is committed to providing a safe and controlled entertainment environment. Gaming on this platform is intended as a form of adult entertainment, not as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses. We encourage all players to approach gaming with a clear budget and defined time limits.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

11 Account Closure and Suspension

You may close your 3patti land account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure is processed, any remaining real money balance will be returned to you via your nominated withdrawal method, provided there are no outstanding verification requirements or active bonus conditions. Bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

3patti land reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons, without prior notice:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or financial crime
• Failure to complete required identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Repeated creation of duplicate accounts
• Behaviour that is abusive, threatening or harmful to other users or staff
• Any legal or regulatory requirement that necessitates account closure

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, funds will be held securely. If the investigation concludes that no misconduct occurred, the account will be reinstated and access to funds restored. If misconduct is confirmed, 3patti land reserves the right to withhold balances obtained through prohibited conduct.

12 Amendments to These Terms

3patti land may update, revise or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised terms will be published on this page with an updated date shown at the top. For significant changes, we may also notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the 3patti land platform following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

We recommend bookmarking this page and checking it periodically, particularly if you are a regular user of the platform. The date shown at the top of this page always reflects when the terms were last updated.

13 Governing Terms and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions represent the complete agreement between you and 3patti land regarding your use of the platform. They supersede any previous agreements, representations or understandings between you and 3patti land.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your account, a game result, a payment or any other aspect of your experience on 3patti land, please contact our support team in the first instance. We aim to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly. Provide as much detail as possible, including your account username, the relevant date and any transaction or game round references.

These terms are written in English and the English version takes precedence in all circumstances. Any translation provided is for convenience only and does not form part of the binding agreement.
